1. Preparation

2. Heating the Hard Wax

3. Applying the Hard Wax

Apply the Wax: Spread an even layer of wax on the skin against the direction of hair growth. Make sure the layer is thick enough to create a strip with a slightly thicker edge for easy removal.

4. Allow the Wax to Harden

Wait for the Wax to Set: Let the wax cool and harden for a few seconds, but it should remain flexible. Do not wait too long, as the wax can become too brittle.

Check the Hardness: Gently press on the wax to ensure it has hardened enough to pull off in one piece.

5. Removing the Wax

Tighten the Skin: Use one hand to hold the skin taut, and with the other hand, grab the edge of the wax strip.

Pull the Wax Off: Quickly and firmly pull the wax strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping it as parallel to the skin as possible to minimize pain.

Repeat as Needed: Repeat the process until all unwanted hair is removed.

6. Cleaning and Soothing the Skin

Remove Residual Wax: Use a wet wipe or warm water to gently clean off any remaining wax. You can also use a post-wax oil to remove any stubborn residue.

Soothe the Skin: Apply aloe vera gel, a moisturizing lotion, or a post-wax soothing product to calm and hydrate the skin, reducing redness and irritation.

7. Aftercare

Avoid Irritation: For 24 hours after waxing, avoid sun exposure, swimming, saunas, and using any harsh products on the waxed area.

Keep the Skin Dry: Keep the area clean and dry for a few days after waxing. Avoid tight clothing to reduce friction and irritation.

Regular Maintenance: Regularly exfoliate the waxed area to prevent ingrown hairs and keep the skin smooth.
